SUMMARY:Student Conference 2025
DESCRIPTION:“But blessed are your eyes\, for they see: and your ears\, for they hear. For verily I say unto you\, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see\, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear\, and have not heard them.” Matthew 13:16-17 \nWe are so blessed with all the revelations about God that we have grown up with.  The question really is\, what are we doing with this information. Are our eyes really seeing and our ears really hearing. When faced with the challenges in the world around us  do we see what God is doing? And in our own lives when we are looking for direction do we have eyes and ears to see what God is leading us to? \nJoin us for two days of great fellowship with other youth\, while together we seek to grow our understanding on how to truly see what God is doing in each of our lives and also in the world and how we can each be a part of His working in this age. \nWe are excited to have changed up the format a bit and we’ll have a points system back and many exciting plans for our time together. Join us to build friendships and set aside two days to fix our eyes again on the Lord and hearing from Him. \nDetails: \nTime – 9:00am – 9:00pm Thursday\, and 9:00am – 5:00pm Friday \nMeals – Thursday lunch and dinner and Friday lunch are included \nCost – ATI Students $50 each\, Non-ATI students $75 each. \nAccommodation is not included. If you need help in sorting out some options please contact the office. \nRegister Here

SUMMARY:Annual Family Conference 2025
DESCRIPTION:We see God’s glory displayed in so many amazing ways! His glory declared in the heavens. Psalm 19:1 states: “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork”. Observing God’s creation is one aspect of the marvellous display of His glory. However\, the greatest revelation of the glory of God is in the face of His Son\, the Lord Jesus Christ! The Apostle John related the profound experience of being an eyewitness to Jesus while He was on earth: “And the Word was made flesh\, and dwelt among us\, (and we beheld his glory\, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father\,) full of grace and truth” (John 1:14). How often do we stop and take time to behold God’s glory? In the challenges and busyness of daily life and work\, all too easily we can lose our focus on the eternal. \n\n\n\n\n\n\nOur desire is that we would shift our focus from ourselves and our circumstances to the glory and majesty of our Lord Jesus Christ. The reality is that we become what we behold; what we focus on we conform our lives to. Incredibly\, when we behold the Lord and His glory through spending time with Him and seeking Him in His Word\, we are changed into His image by His Spirit. Scripture reveals this profound process of transformation: ”But we all\, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord\, are changed into the same image from glory to glory\, even as by the Spirit of the Lord” (II Corinthians 3:18). \nGather with us as we gain a fresh vision of God’s glory and a renewed desire to be channels of His glory in our homes\, churches\, and communities. \n\n\n\nOnce again our Pathfinder Program (age 6-12) is being headed up by Jacob Evans and his great team of volunteers. Everybody involved loves their time in this theme based program that uses illustrations to open children’s eyes to spiritual truths. We’re not sure if the children or the leaders enjoy the time more\, but both have a fantastic time. So don’t forget to sign your children up\, and if your young people 15 and up are interested in joining in as leaders please fill that out as well. \n \nInnovators (ages 13-14) this year is all about the mark that we are aiming for. We aim to challenge young people to think about their goals in life and to see if what they are aiming at is actually where they are called to go. May God use this time together to inspire them to ‘seek first His kingdom and His righteousness.’ \n \nSunbeams (ages 2-5) will be a morning program for children to get their wriggles out and enjoy fun playing with other children. They will be joining in the Pathfinder program during stories\, songs and scripture memory and then having open playing time for the rest of the morning. Sign them up for the fun and learning they can experience. They will be with you for the rest of the time\, so this is a great opportunity to give them to be active before sitting with you in the sessions. \nThere are many opportunities for your 15+ year old to be involved. They are welcome to apply to serve in the teams leading Pathfinders\, Innovators and Sunbeams\, join in with the adult sessions\, or serve in the kitchen with Pastor Michael if that is their bent. There will also be some specific student sessions that are chosen to inspire them to follow Christ and be in Prayer. During lunch and dinner there will be the opportunity for them to join in the Choir (ages 13+) and the Orchestra (13+) the music will be sent to you prior to the program\, so they can get a head-start on learning the pieces before joining the others in practices which will end in a presentation on the Wednesday at the completion of the event. \n \nFor food this year we will only be providing Wednesday night dinner at Kilsyth South Baptist Church. For breakfast\, lunch and the other dinners it is strictly BYO. There are plenty of options close by in Kilsyth South that you can pop out to and get some lunch\, or if you prefer you can bring your own. However\, there are no cooking facilities available\, or fridge space\, so please be as self-sufficient as possible. Feel free to eat your evening meal at Haig road so that you can get more fellowship time in with the other families. \nWe do not have many options for accommodation and it is strictly first come first serve\, you are welcome to camp at Haig road\, but there are only portable bathroom facilities. Please organise your own accommodation if you are able to. \nCost: \nConference – ATI Family($150)\, Guest Family ($250)\, Individual Guest ($100)\, Individual ATI member ($50)\, First time Family ($200) \nPrograms – Sunbeams $5 per child capped at $10 per family\, Pathfinders – $21 per child capped at $80 per family\, Innovators – $15 per child capped at $25 per family \nFood – Children (3-10) dinners $6 each\, Adult (11+) dinners $9 each \n\nRegister Here

SUMMARY:2024 Scripture Memory Bee
DESCRIPTION:How’s your sword work? When it comes to scripture we need to be prepared with our sword wielding ability. Join us to celebrate those who have put in the time and effort to grow their memory bank of scripture for the battle we are engaged in. “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal\, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds.” 2 Corinthians 10:4 \nThe Scripture Memory Bees are a wonderful experience for all to attend. For those who are memorising\, this day provides an opportunity to share what they’ve been working on and bless others as they hear the Word. For those who want encouragement to memorise or to encourage their families\, this is a day for them to see the example set for them and be encouraged to find how God’s living and active Word is truly sharper than a two edged sword in their lives. \nThere are a variety of activities throughout the day as well as time spent watching people’s scriptural ‘Sword demonstrations’. This means that even if you have children who have not memorised there will be activities they can participate in. Other activities include: Verse Scavenger Hunt\, Scripture in Song \, and Bible quizzes and competitions. This day is one of our favourites each year and we hope that you will be able to join us and experience for yourselves the blessing of a day ‘tasting’ the ‘bread’ of the Word of God. \nOnce you register\, you will be contacted by us to submit the verses/chapters/books that you have memorised and the version you memorised in. Then we will prepare to test you on the day\, by having you recite your passage(s) while we all look on and see how accurate you can be.  Scoring in based on the number of verses accurately recited. Competition Categories you can enter are as follows: Preschool\, Ages 6-10\, Ages 11-16\, Ages 17+ and Families. \nWhere: 4 Haig Rd Mount Evelyn VIC 3796 \nCost: $20 ATI Family or $30 for a non-ATI family\, $5 for an individual (or $10 for Families who do not want to enter the reciting) \nLunch of soup and rolls is available for $3 per person. \nREGISTER HERE \n  \n

SUMMARY:Annual Family Conference
DESCRIPTION:Join us as we delve into our need to grow in prayer in the face of the building anxiety of our times. \nThis event is full of fellowship with like-minded families\, faith building and inspiring messages\, and children programs that not only entertain\, but build them up in the Lord. \nWe are looking forward to great messages from Gabriel Cleator and Pastor Michael Drennan. As well as these messages\, we are excited to share messages from the US family conference from impacting speakers like: Caleb Reed\, Nathan Johnston\, Gill Bates\, Eric Ludy\, David Gibbs Jnr. Our prayer is that these messages will\, by God’s Spirit\, enable us to break free from the “rocking chair” of anxiety and on our knees to prayer that drives us forward to victory. \n \nOnce again our Pathfinder Program (age 6-12) is being headed up by Jacob Evans and his great team of volunteers. \n \nFor food this year there will be a fellowship BBQ dinner on Sunday night at Haig Rd and then Pastor Michael will be cooking dinners. For breakfast and lunch it is strictly BYO. There are plenty of options close by in Kilsyth South that you can pop out to and get some lunch\, or if you prefer you can bring your own. However\, there are no cooking facilities available\, or fridge space\, so please be as self-sufficient as possible. \nWe do not have many options for accommodation and it is strictly first come first serve\, you are welcome to camp at Haig road\, but there are only portable bathroom facilities. Please organise your own accommodation if you are able to. \nCost: \nConference – ATI Family($150)\, Guest Family ($250)\, Individual Guest ($100)\, Individual ATI member ($50)\, First time Family ($200) \nPrograms – Sunbeams $9 per child capped at $18 per family\, Pathfinders – $21 per child capped at $80 per family\, Innovators – $15 per child capped at $25 per family \nFood – Children (3-10) dinners $6 each\, Adult (11+) dinners $9 each \nOverall\, this program is a wonderful opportunity for your whole family to be uplifted and inspired as children of God at the start of this year 2024!\nRegister Here\n  \n  \n  \n

SUMMARY:ATI Scripture Memory Bee 2023
DESCRIPTION:The Scripture Memory Bees are a wonderful experience for all to attend. For those who are memorising\, this day provides an opportunity to share what they’ve been working on and bless others as they hear the Word. For those who want encouragement to memorise or to encourage their families\, this is a day for them to see the example set for them and be encouraged to find that they live “Not By Bread Alone’ but with God’s Word. \nThere are a variety of activities throughout the day as well as time spent ‘chewing over’ the ‘bread’ of the Bible. This means that even if you have children who have not memorised there will be activities they can participate in. SUMMARY:Student Conference 2023
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an inspiring time of fellowship and spiritual encouragement. \nEvery day we can feel the pressure from the world and our friends to fit in. To conform. Yet Christ’s call to us is to be radically different. Not conformed\, but TRANSFORMED. Join Gabriel and Sara Cleator and the team as we look at what God can use to Transform us into the image of His Son and how we can put ourselves in the best place to be transformed by Him. \nDuring the conference we will look at topics like being transformed by Prayer\, Praise\, Scripture\, Freedom from Fear\, Trials and so many more. Gabriel’s vitality and enthusiasm in his walk with the Lord mean that his messages are shared with a humility and personal example that inspire and challenge all who hear. We also look forward to hearing from other speakers during the two days together. \nNot only are there these inspirational talks\, but Student Conference is filled with great opportunities for fellowship and fun with other believers in the Lord. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to be strengthened in your walk with the Lord while revelling in great fellowship with old friends and new. \nRun for young adults 13+ years old \nCost: $75 per person for the two days (Thursday lunch and dinner and Saturday lunch included) (no accommodation included) ATI students receive a $25 discount. \nRegister Here\n  \n

SUMMARY:2023 Annual Family Conference
DESCRIPTION:Each year before 2021 we have been thrilled to host great speakers who encourage all who attend in their roles as children of God and in their families. Now\, FINALLY\, we have been able to host this event again.\n\nWe are so grateful to be able to share that Gabriel and Sara Cleator are able to join us again along with other great speakers like Pastor Neil Smith\, Jason Lau\, Pastor Michael Drennan and Chris Field. Not only so\, but our amazing volunteers are putting together great Pathfinder\, Innovator and Sunbeams programs for your children.\nConference will begin with an informal evening at 4 Haig Rd on the Sunday night. Then\, Monday morning will start off at the Kilsyth South Baptist Church with all programs running.\n \nAdult Sessions will be run throughout the day and evening. These will include messages from the speakers above\, as well as other live messages and some amazing sessions recorded from the USA Family Conferences. As always these messages have been chosen with the view of inspiring you in your walk with God and as parents and home-schoolers as well. Every year we are so encouraged to see how God meets with each individual attending and brings to them the message that He knows will uplift and inspire them to continue on His path for their lives. Come prepared to be challenged\, convicted and re-invigorated. Young people 15 years and older are encouraged to attend these sessions as well or to get involved in helping serve on the team for one of the following children’s programs. \n \nInnovators is our program for the 13-14 y.o. This program is designed to give these young teens a great transition between the Pathfinders action packed program and the options for service or the adult sessions that are available to them in the coming years. With Innovators we seek to inspire these young people to take ownership for their faith and spiritual growth\, and to see the wonderful opportunities service in God’s kingdom provides for His people. And as always there is the glowstick game to look forward to. This program comes at a cost of $15 per student. \n \nPathfinders is the highlight of the year for the children who attend. Each year\, this program for 6-12 year olds is based around a theme that helps the children view spiritual truths through analogies. The program is run during the day with a Bible study option available in the evenings. Join in the fun with Stories\, Skits\, Games\, Crafts and so much more on offer. Participants will jump from large group settings into smaller groups where they can participate in discussions\, lessons\, and hands on crafts. Leaders of the Pathfinder program have received training and all over 18 have valid WWCC. The pathfinder program is $21 per student with family discounts available for larger families. \n \nSunbeams is the preschool program where your little ones can get out their wriggles and allow you to fully focus on the adult sessions.  This program is not one that requires full participation\, but is just available for you to sign your children into at any time that suits you and them. The children in Sunbeams enjoy Bible stories\, dress ups\, playdough\, snacks and so many other crafts and activities. Sunbeams is run mornings and afternoons\, but is not run in the evenings. The Sunbeams program is $9 per child. \nCost: $250 per family with ATI and new families getting a discount (see registration form for more details). Meals and children’s programs are extra. \nAlso remember there is a Student Conference for the young people on the Thursday and Friday following conference. More information.\nPlease contact the main office for more details by emailing info@iblp.org.au\, calling 03 9735 2633\, \nOR \nRegister Here\n
